Pro plan

Annual fee: 15,400 pt (12 months; save the equivalent of 2 months)

1,000pt free every month (valid for one month)

  • Everything in the Standard plan
  • One-time setup fee: 550 pt (the identity verification fee; not charged again if already paid on the Standard or Free plan)
  • Realtime outbound calls from the browser: landlines 15pt/min, mobiles 50pt/min
  • Every outbound call recorded and available in the inbox
  • Recordings of realtime outbound calls can also be kept under certified retention

Note: Realtime inbound calls are not available.

Before using the service

  • The Standard and Pro plans' monthly or annual fees and the initial setup fee are deducted from your point balance.
  • If your point balance is insufficient at automatic renewal, an account short of the Pro price falls back to Standard, and one short of the Standard price as well returns to the Free plan.
  • Points for an annual plan are consumed immediately at purchase, so the purchased 12-month service period is not shortened by the six-month expiration period for points.
  • The Pro plan is available straight from the Free plan. When switching from a Standard plan, monthly pays the 550 pt difference at once, and annual pays nothing now: the remaining days are converted at the Pro rate, so the renewal date moves earlier.
  • There is no refund when changing plan from Pro or Standard.

Charging and refunding transmission points

  • Points are consumed when you confirm the transmission on the preview screen. Drafts and previews consume nothing.
  • A scheduled transmission is also charged when it is confirmed. Automatic retries within one transmission cost nothing further.
  • Points are refunded in full if the far end did not answer, if the line was busy, if a failure occurred before dialling, and if a scheduled transmission was cancelled or expired.
  • If the far end answered, a minimum of one unit is charged even when the transmission did not complete — one page for a fax, one call for a voice message — and the remainder is refunded.
  • If a fax was partly delivered, you are charged for the greater of the pages transmitted and one page.
  • Points are refunded in full if the far end answered but hung up during answer detection, before playback of the message began.
  • Where transmissions to the same destination go repeatedly unanswered, points may not be refunded, and further transmissions to that destination may not be accepted for a period. This applies on every plan and is reset once a transmission is answered.
  • Refunded points return to the points they were taken from. Their expiry date is not extended.
  • The Free plan's allowance of five transmissions a month (before identity verification) is not restored by a refund.
  • Where the outcome of a transmission could not be established, no automatic refund is made and the records are reconciled.
  • Transmissions that are not refunded are shown in your transmission history. Where a transmission cannot be accepted because of the limit, you are told on the transmission screen.
