Selling Price and Consideration for Services
Prices including consumption tax are indicated on each price plan, application screen, or price list.
Costs Other Than the Selling Price
Internet connection charges and communication charges are borne by the user.

Timing of Payment

The first fee is charged when the application procedure is completed. Thereafter, charges are made automatically on the contract anniversary date (the same day each month for monthly plans, or each year for annual plans).
Additional point purchases (usage-based)
Payment is settled immediately when the purchase procedure is completed. Charges for calls, fax transmission, voice messages, and similar usage are deducted from purchased points as they are used (no post-payment billing occurs).
Bank transfer
Please pay by the due date stated on the invoice issued by the Company (within 7 days of the issue date). Transfer fees are borne by the customer. Payment is deemed complete upon confirmation of receipt of funds.
Timing of Service Provision
After application, a 050 number is assigned following identity verification (eKYC) and screening, and the Service becomes available upon confirmation of payment. If there are no deficiencies in the identity documents, use can normally begin within 3 business days of payment completion. Depending on screening status, it may take up to 5 business days. Additional point purchases are reflected in the balance immediately after payment is completed.
Contract Term and Automatic Renewal
The contract term is one month for monthly plans and one year for annual plans. If no cancellation procedure is completed by the end of the term, the contract renews automatically under the same conditions and fees. There is no minimum usage period. If fees are to be revised at renewal, notice will be given by email and on the site at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Withdrawal of Application, Cancellation, and Refunds
As the Service constitutes mail-order sales, the cooling-off provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions do not apply.

Cancellation deadline and effect
If the cancellation procedure is completed by the day before the next renewal date, the contract ends upon expiration of the current contract term. Even if you cancel partway through the term, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the term.
Refunds and pro-rata settlement
Fees already paid are not settled or refunded on a pro-rata basis, except where the cause is attributable to the Company.
Unused points
Points unused at the end of the contract expire and are not refunded.
Points for each transmission
Points for fax transmissions and voice messages are consumed at the moment the transmission is confirmed. Details are set out in Points and Plans.
Stored data
Thirty days after the contract ends, stored data such as received voice messages and received faxes, together with account information, is deleted. Deleted data cannot be restored.
Conditions and Restrictions of Provision
Use of the Service requires a compatible device, browser, Internet connection, and completion of the registration and verification procedures specified by the Company.
Service Defects and Interruptions
If there is a communication failure or other defect, please contact the inquiry point above. Remedies, alternative measures, and refund conditions are governed by the Terms of Service and the applicable individual service conditions.
Final Confirmation of Application
Before an application is confirmed, the service details, quantity and term, total amount payable, timing of payment, timing of provision, automatic renewal, and cancellation conditions are displayed on a final confirmation screen.
